The heritage of the first architect of Nizhny Novgorod George Kithiwetter (Kiezewetter) is the most important in the entire ‘stone’ history of the city. One of the buildings which were designed by this architect in 1842-44 is Pokrovka 9A – a 1st Grade listed building right in the centre of Nizhny Novgorod. The building is located in the pedestrian area, near the historic Kremlin, Minin Square, Play House and other city amenities.
